Since entering the government contracting arena, he has been awarded seven state contracts in just three years. Reginald has managed projects for shuttle transportation, over-the-road freight, public health, and construction. TrendTech Logistics holds over 10 certifications, is certified in 9 different states, and is on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). He is passionate about empowering small businesses to succeed in government contracting.

Shalayna Williams is a published author, business professional, and community leader. As a supplier diversity professional, she has had the pleasure of working in the Public, State, and Private sector. Her passion for helping minority business owners gain access to the necessary tools to build and grow profitable businesses guided her to her role as Associate Director of Certification for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
