Together, we build more together.

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to advance economic mobility for underserved small business owners and communities through affordable financial services, knowledge resources, networks and policy.

We envision an equitable financial system that allows people of all backgrounds and identities to improve their lives.

How We Work

At AOF, how we work is just as important as what we do. We show up every day driven by purpose, grounded in shared principles, and committed to creating opportunity for all.

We lead with empathy, innovation, and accountability embracing new ideas, learning from failure, and turning insights into action.  Our culture encourages transparency, collaboration, and continuous growth, giving everyone the space to stretch, contribute and thrive.

Whether you’re working from one of our hubs in San Jose or Los Angeles or joining remotely from across the country, we operate as one team deeply connected by a shared belief in access, respect, and progress.

We’re building more than better systems for small business. We’re building a workplace where meaningful work leads to lasting fulfillment.

I enjoy the collaborative, team driven culture at Accion Opportunity Fund, no matter the challenge I know I can count on my coworkers to come to the table and focus on building solutions.”
