AOF Closes $12M NMTC Allocation to Support Sun Life Family Health Center’s New Flagship Facility
Accion Opportunity Fund (AOF) is pleased to announce the closing of a $12 million New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation to support the construction of the Sun Life Family Health Center’s new flagship facility, which will be an approximately $67 Million, 111,558 sq. ft. Federally Qualified Health Center located at 1877 E. Florence Boulevard in Casa Grande, Arizona.
The new facility will have space for primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dentistry, behavioral health, and pharmacy. The facility will also provide space for physician, nursing, and dentistry residency training programs. As an important anchor in the local community, Sun Life is vital to the care of individuals across all income scales.
